No guessing, no waiting in the dark. This page walks you through my process, what I need from you, and how we get your store built.

Seven steps, and you always know which one we're on.
I go through what you sent, look at your store if you shared a link, and work out what the project actually needs. If something's unclear, I'll ask before quoting.
Within 24 hoursA clear price with scope and timeline, plus an invite to a Google Meet call so we can talk it through. If the project is simple, we can skip the call entirely.
Within 24 hoursA simple contract covering scope, timeline, and revisions. 50% upfront to start, and the remaining 50% only when you're satisfied with the work.
Your live store is never touched during development. You get regular progress updates and a preview link so you can watch it come together.
Usually 7-10 business daysEvery feature checked on mobile, tablet, and desktop before you see it. Then you review, and we run through your revision rounds.
We push it live together and I walk you through everything that changed, so you know how to manage it yourself.
I don't disappear. If something breaks or you have questions about what I built, message me. Ongoing maintenance plans are available if you want continuous cover.
Gathering this early is the single biggest thing that keeps a project on schedule. Don't worry if you don't have all of it yet.
Not ready with all of it? That's normal. We can start with what you have and fill the gaps as we go. I'll send a simple checklist after our call so nothing gets forgotten.
Some things about my approach that are worth knowing upfront.
No Shogun, PageFly, or GemPages. Page builder apps add JavaScript bloat and monthly fees. Everything I build is clean Liquid that loads at Shopify CDN speed and costs nothing to keep.
Every section I build comes with theme editor settings. Text, images, colors, and ordering are yours to change without needing a developer for content updates.
All work happens on a duplicate theme. Nothing goes live until you've seen it on a preview link and approved it.
Most of your traffic is on phones, so every section is built and tested for small screens first, then scaled up for tablet and desktop.
You pay the second half only once you're satisfied with the work. That keeps the risk on my side, where it belongs.
How many depends on the plan we agree: one round on Starter, three on Professional, unlimited on Enterprise. It's written into the contract so there are no surprises.
On scope changes: if you want something added mid-project that wasn't in the original quote, I'll tell you the cost before doing it. You will never get an invoice for work you didn't approve.
Within 24 hours on your quote, and usually much faster during Pakistan business hours. I work with clients in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia, so time zones are a normal part of how I operate.
That's what the revision rounds are for, and why you review everything on a preview link before it goes live. The final 50% isn't due until you're happy with the work.
Yes. Dawn, Impulse, Prestige, Pipeline, or something fully custom, it doesn't matter. I can customize, fix, or extend any Shopify theme.
You do. It lives in your Shopify theme, on your store, under your account. There's no license to renew and nothing stops working if we part ways.
Then we talk before anything is built. I'd rather re-scope honestly at the start than deliver something that doesn't do what you needed.
If you thought of something after submitting the form, or you just want to talk it through sooner, message me directly.
