Week 2: I rebuild everything using the new tools. Web Pixels for tracking, Customer Events for analytics, app replacements for custom fields. All done on a staging setup so your live store is not affected.
Week 3: Testing with real orders. I verify every conversion event, every data point, every custom field. You approve the results before we go live.
Launch: We switch over and disable the old scripts. I monitor for 48 hours to catch any issues.
